Simply spray item(s) after use and allow 15 minutes to dry before using item(s) again. Great for anything in the gym such as uniforms, knee sleeves, wrist wraps, belts, yoga mats, sneakers and any other fabric based item you may stink up! Also great for around the home on items such as curtains, cloth laundry bins, pillows, and even bedding! After 5-6 weeks of continued use a basic rinsing in cold water is suggested to prevent any build up. *
